When booking a treatment(s), a credit card fee of 30% of total treatment cost is required to secure your booking.

If you are unable to attend your treatment at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is required.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice, or not kept, the 30% booking fee will remain property of Queenscliff Day Spa.
