Booking Policy:

For group bookings of 2 or more people, a credit card payment of 30% of total treatment cost or the gift voucher number is required to secure your booking. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a courtesy call within 24 hours. If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the booking fee will remain the property of Queenscliff Day Spa.
